Derek has 35 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.  He is the owner of an Oil and Gas Service business based out of New Mexico and a resident of Arkansas.  As a business owner, Derek knows firsthand that no dream is too big.  His passion is helping other people succeed.  Derek is married to his beautiful High School Sweetheart, Mary.  They have 5 children and 11 grandchildren.  In his spare time, Derek is an avid Golfer.

Director of New Business

Brandy is the Director of Operations for The French Team. She oversees the team operations and ensures that The French Team Members receive the tools and resources needed for growth and expansion. She is responsible for overseeing the processes that are in place to welcome members and direct them to the training resources available to them as The French Team Members.

Brandy has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. This background has provided her with the knowledge and expertise necessary to coordinate the moving parts of a successful business, act as a lead administrator, and offer support to The French Team.

Brandy is motivated by her passion for Jesus, the love she has for her husband Chad,their three children and grandson.

Brandy has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. This background has provided her with the knowledge and expertise necessary to coordinate the moving parts of a successful business, act as a lead administrator, and offer support to The French Team.

Brandy is motivated by her passion for Jesus, the love she has for her husband Chad,their three children and grandson. She has a desire to help others succeed. She loves to spend time with her family and has a heart for helping children that are less fortunate as well as a general want to help as many people as she can become successful.
